The first-ever 1st Friday Awards will recognise stand-out performances by newcomers to the property industry. This is a great way for your achievements to be recognised by industry peers and colleagues in this high-profile forum within the exclusive BAFTA setting.

Rising Star Award
This award is for the individual who has stood out and who you think will become the next star in property.
Recognising Talent
The categories cover every discipline within each sector heading - for example you could be awinner in the Industrial category and be from a Financial,Development or Surveying background - the aim of each
award is to find the rising star within each sector.
To Enter
The awards could either be from a single personal entry OR from a colleague orsupervisor's submission. A 50-100 word summary with 200 supporting words to includequantifiable successes and any other supporting data. Success on these awards includesassisting deals led by more senior colleagues. Each award will be based on performance between July 07 and June 08. Entrants will need to have been in property for less than 5years post APC qualification. A judging panel of 8 senior industry figures will choose the winners from the shortlist. The event will be covered extensively in Property Week andwill be publicised well in advance to give each potential participant time to book their place or prepare their entry. Property Week will also feature the event on the 1st Fridaysection of our website - this is where candidates and participants can log-on, enter and get involved. The success of the 1st Friday Club provided a great foundation for us to bringtogether the industry's rising stars to meet and discuss the issues that face them and to discover what lessons can be learned from the industry leaders who have truly made theirmark on the profession.
